Please note that personalized creations and discovery sets are final sale to ensure the highest standards of hygiene and quality.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our concierge team at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Prepare the Parcel
Carefully place the item in its original box, ensuring the protective cellophane seal is intact, and include the original packing slip inside the shipment.
Ship the Product
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided by our team to the exterior of the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our atelier receives and inspects the return for integrity, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
